Our Contract Hire is the
leasing with service of a vehicle to corporate clients for a set time
and mileage at a fixed monthly cost. The monthly cost is determined by
the value of the vehicle, the period of hire and mileage covered as well
as the services required.
There are a number of tax
advantages to going down the Contract Hire route. For commercial
vehicles 100% of the VAT can be reclaimed. Also, for tax purposes, the
hire payments are allowable as a deduction from profits, spread over the
hire period.
